Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receipt. Occasionally public holidays, weekends, weather events or extremely busy periods may result in extended delivery times. In these circumstances we will endeavour to communicate with you about the delay and resolve and resulting issues.
Order placed before 6pm will be shipped out the next day. We do not send Saturday courier unless specifically requested at additional cost.

- Australia - $20 Overnight DHL Express shipping.
- Asia & Pacific - $30 Overnight DHL Express shipping.
- United States, Canada & Mexico - $35 Overnight DHL Express shipping.
- Europe - $45 Overnight DHL Express shipping.
Orders received over the weekend or during public holidays will be dispatched as soon as possible when we re-open for business. If your order is urgent please contact us for assistance. Please note, if you are paying by bank deposit you order will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared in our account. Deposits made overnight or during weekends or public holidays may take longer to clear which will in turn will delay the dispatch of your order.
All orders are sent major via national courier companies and non-signature required delivery. If you require a signature required delivery or have additional delivery instructions, please indicate this in the message box on the Checkout Form.
In general, delivery to your door will take no more than 24 hours from dispatch within Auckland metro, 48 hours in the greater North Island and South Island. Deliveries to rural delivery addresses will usually take one to two days longer. Weekends, public holidays, adverse weather events and infrastructural complications may cause additional delays.
All payments must be made by you in full and all transaction will be completed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for any damages or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you where a credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
If there is a problem with your payment (for example, if your credit card transaction is declined), we may contact you to make alternative payment arrangements. You will be liable for all debt collection costs where you fail to make payment for any order when payment is due.
If any product ordered by you arrives damaged or is not of acceptable quality you may have: (a) legal rights and remedies under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (“CGA”); or (b) the right to have the product repaired or replaced or to receive a refund of the price paid by you for the product.

We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order. Once you have placed your order, you cannot cancel or revoke your Order, unless expressly provided for in these Sale Terms.
All products are subject to a maximum of 6 months warranty (except liquid consumable products), unless stated otherwise. Warranty period starts from the original date of sale. We will not accept return of and/or issue any refund for purchases made other than through our Website. Products purchased through an authorised 561 Juices retailer must be returned and refunded through the location from at which the products were purchased and proof of purchase shall be provided in all circumstances.
For hygiene reasons, if there is an error with your e-liquid order (wrong flavour/strength) you must keep the bottle sealed and notify us within 48hrs of receipt. If we are not notified within 48 hours of receivership or if the bottle is un-sealed and/or opened, it is assumed you have accepted the error and do not wish to have the e-liquid replaced by your original order.

If you register on our website, we will ask you whether you want us to send you personalised emails, mail and other communications with news, special offers and other matters which may be of interest to you. You can say no to this service either when you register, by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us.
We will keep your personal information secure and it will be held by us in our customer database in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. We will only release your personal information and collect other information about you if you authorise us to do this or if we are legally required to.
We or our third parties may collect personal information directly from you when you register as a member of the website, when you place an Order, or when you contact our Customer Team. Personal information may include your name, residential or postal address, telephone number and email address.
We and our related bodies corporate and our third parties may use your personal information for the purposes for which you give it to any of them and for their own internal purposes. You agree that we and any of our third parties may use your email address to send you messages concerning your membership account, any Orders you place and information about the products sold via the website that we consider may be of interest to you. If you would prefer not to receive promotional or other material from us or our third parties, please let our Customer First Team know. You also agree that we may contact you by telephone to arrange delivery or collection of your Order.
